Very nice. So you’re not soooo strict on the pattern then, otherwise this would be “In Ayreshire?”, “not so much, I concentrated more on the second law.”.

Well, it depends on your interpretation of the form. The key is that the second line is the place name - be it directly “In Ayreshire”, or via the pun “Inertia”.
Where the “Insane/In Seine” joke fails is that the second line contains neither of these.
